85% Growth in Home IT Products

Gürkan Şengil, Managing Partner of Boğaziçi Distribution, part of Boğaziçi Holding, said: "The winning product groups in 2020 were IT products, essential for home living, which saw a clear 85% growth compared to the previous year. We observed growth of over 90% in headsets, portable computers, tablets, and peripherals. Digitalization and digital transformation, in particular, accelerated." The Covid-19 pandemic, which disrupted global balances, caused economic and social life to be reshaped. Changing daily routines became a significant factor in the increased demand for IT products compared to previous years. Driven by the new order, personal care products, robotic and upright vacuum cleaners, and air purifiers saw growth exceeding 100% compared to the previous year. ADDITION OF TWO GIANT BRANDS

Şengil, noting that Boğaziçi Dağıtım acquired two important brands in 2020, said, "As a company, we carefully select the brands we represent.
